Our client had a great idea for his fabricated chin up bar paint it in a textured finish for better grip. Unfortunately that didn't last as long as he wanted so he brought it to us for powder coating. This textured cast iron colour went on great and will not flake off like the paint was starting to do. After many decades of use, our client wanted to restore his 1976 Honda CBR750 to look like factory original. We stripped the old paint off, and sand blasted all the corrosion and left over paint debris then powder coated it in our semigloss black for the factory look. If these don't grab your attention, nothing will. This colour is called Shocker Yellow and its over top of chrome powder coat. I really like the stock wheels for the FRS/BRZ and when a stock set in good shape popped for good price, I grabbed them. I was originally thinking bronze or gold but my buddy jokingly suggested this colour and I think it will do the job of grabbing attention. Colour matching vintage wheels is a difficult task but we were able to find one. Normally we would hang the wheel from the valve stem so there are no uncoated areas but these ones were so large we had to find a different solution. We got it done and they look great. Our client wanted his Subaru wheels done in a flashy silver colour and it was an easy decision when we showed him the chrome we have. Chrome powder coat is a finicky colour to do but looks so good when done properly. New car companies are taking notice of the trend in blacking out all the silver and chrome. Whether its a car, truck or motorcycle we can black out that chrome for you. Our client is building custom shelves with an industrial feel. He fabricated these steel tubes to evenly space out the shelves and complete the look. We all want what we want and for our client's project the high end faucets did not come in the colour she was after. Changing these from chrome to matte black was not as strait forward as we would normally see because some of the parts are plastic or had plastic components that couldn't be removed. Luckily we do have a liquid paint that is a very close match to our matte black and took care of those that way. The main faucet bodies, aerator rings, and levers were all powder coated but the sensor covers and the aerator for bigger piece were done in liquid paint. Another local powder coater promised the client this candy gold ...finish but gave him a metallic bronze/gold instead, then gave up. He was a bit weary coming to us but when I showed him a part we had done in the same colour he was put at ease. As always we knocked it out of the park in the first go. While the parts look like a solid gold in these pics, they are a very bright chrome gold in person. Learning to rebuild things is a great skill at any age. Our young client is learning this skill while making his bike look its best for the longest possible time. He also learned a valuable lesson, just because someone else can do it cheaper doesn't mean that you should go with them. We originally just stripped the parts but then he decided to bring them back for a proper coating after he sand blasted them himself. After disassembling and taping off the parts (what the other coater didn't do) they look better than new and and the metallic flake really catches the light. Being different and standing out is getting harder and harder. With everyone blacking out their Harley's our client decided to add some chrome powder coat to his hog instead. Building a special car starts with the first pieces. Our client and his girl are in the process of building a couple of JZ powered Toyota Chaser's. This engine crossmember and mounting brackets are the fist steps in one build. This Illusion Violet is one of those colours that looks amazing in person but is hard to capture in pics or video. It has an iridescent look that changes with how the light hits it. Its also amazing that the silver base coat changes to this purple just by adding the clear coat over top. Helping a local company with their 2 tone aluminum lamp shades. These are an off white matte texture on the outside and a gloss "butter" yellow texture on the inside. This was quite the process and the new guns performed amazingly.

When you want your wheels to look their best for the longest time, powder coating is the only way to go. These SSR Formula Mesh faces were here to be refreshed in silver but after seeing how the gloss clear coat magnifies the silver flake in the base coat our client decided to add it. Our client wanted to match his valve covers to the colour of his car and have his timing cover in wrinkle black. We started by carefully removing the SVT tag so that it can be reattached later, then stripped off all the existing paint. After sand blasting them clean we removed as much of the excess casting material as we could get at to leave as smooth of a finish as possible. These wheels arrived in a very similar colour but the clear coat had failed and was flaking off. We chemical stripped all the old paint off, then sand blasted and refinished them in this dark metallic blue, silimar to Volk Racing's Mag Blue, but added a gloss clear powder coat to enhance the metallic flake and make them even glossier.
