Quarantine-2020 was the first time I ever grew facial hair. I’ve never had a goatee, mustache, beard or anything. It was symbolic in my mind that I was going to grow it while I had to close the door to my business and and change that I do business in the short term. Sure things aren’t back to normal. But with 0 reported cases of COVID in Sudbury and with work adjusting to ‘the new normal’ (I really hate that term); I had some fun shaving it all off!... I’m always excited to see June come; it’s my Birthday Month, it’s summer, the end of school; but this year it feels extra special. Happy June 1st everyone.

I did a bit of a deep dive into our local marketplace, looking at the type of homes that sold in 2019, who were the buyers and what features were they looking for... Only 13% of all homers sold last year were Electric Heat! Only 1% of homes sold were condos!! Can you guess what's the most popular size of home is selling in Sudbury (63% of all sales)!???...
