It’s the light that prevails through the shadow. Like a bride on her wedding day, there is nothing more staggeringly brilliant.

It’s everything about these moments that puts a smile on our faces. Hearing the warm laughter from our couple upon the cliffs edge during an autumn night after sunset.... Who is this?? That’s a great question and we’re glad you asked! We are David&Airy, the same David&Airy who run Awaken Collective and formally had this profile as @awaken.photographyy (and yes it had two Y’s because believe it or not there was another account that had us beat haha). So we wanted to clarify for you today that we are obviously still the same wedding photography company we’ve always been, but now with Airy making her comeback (after the births of our three bea...utiful children) we are back as the marriage duo haha! So corporately we are Awaken Collective, but here on this lovely account we want you to know us personally as David&Airy, husband and wife team! So here’s two fun facts to get your Friday going : 1. Airy is short for Aralin. I call her Airy because I think it’s beautiful and breathtaking just like her. That’s right! I’m that cheesy!! 2. Our favourite place in the WORLD (other than our home with our family) are these Canadian Rockies right here!! We literally will try to find any excuse to get out here as much as possible!! So don’t even whisper mountain elopement, engagement, wedding or anything around us because we’ll pounce on that like a hungry lion.
