My Regiment during annual weapons qualification. It's been three years since I retired, still miss the comraderier. They conducted the training at Camp Ripley, Minnesota, which is the closest live fire range and training area that can support the various weapon systems and other training. I always enjoyed running the 84mm Carl Gustav and machine gun ranges. The American National Guard have always great hosts, going above and beyond to help us meet our training goals! My stepdaughter Jordan just enlisted, so this will be one of the adventures she does next year!
