These stairs started out with old and worn carpet. It was time for a change so the homeowner decided to go with a hard surface option. Now it's nice and clean and easy to keep clean. We added the flooring to the sides of the stair treads and used the nosing strip along the sides as well. With each stair being slightly different from the last custom precision cuts are important.... This was a unique one of a kind project. Turned a tree into a 12 foot long bench. For the legs we used an antique fireplace mantel dating back to 1912. This bench will be around for another 100 years.

This sliding barn door was the perfect way to open up this narrow hallway.

This deck (coming off the second floor) was really sagging and wobbly. New concrete piles with capped posts fixed that up (saving the homeowner from having to replace the whole deck) and the added bench seating makes for a nice place to enjoy some shade on a hot summers day.
