So I’m a little behind on my social media. Been so busy with clients during this slow time that I never got a chance to post for a while. December marked a big Milestone where we finally got our clients Jason and Chantal into their dream home. It was a long time coming. I met them a little over a year before at an open house in my previous Riverdale home. They loved the modern infills and were looking for the perfect place near the river valley or with downtown views. My ho...me was not the place for them however over the next year we viewed nearly 100 homes and we went pending on 3 homes for their purchase and as many homes on the sale of their home. Although things did not always go as planned we finally got them into their dream home. The journey was long but I enjoyed every minute of it and made some new friends along the way. None of this would have been possible without the hard work and dedication from @shafraaz in getting them a mortgage to make it all possible.
