Hi! I’m Christa. I’m the face behind Davidson’s DermaBeauty. I am a Registered Nurse with 20 years experience. Prior to going in to Nursing, I was a hairstylist for 9 years. I operate my business in the same community that I was born and raised in. I married a man who was also born and raised in the same community. I am a mother to Tucker 19, and Tilley 17. I have always had an inclination toward beauty, whether I was taken by a beautiful model in a magazine or a beautiful na...ture view. I grew up with a Mom who didn’t believe she was beautiful, but who was always very insistent about my beauty. I grew up wearing sunblock, sunglasses and using ‘Oil of Olay’ by the age of 20, because she insisted I preserve my skin. I am very particular about my skin and about doing all I can to take care of it. Having declared this, there is only so much I can do before the physical manifestations of aging catch up with me, no matter what I do. I am a consumer of neurotoxins such as ‘Botox’ and ‘Xeomin’ and of dermal fillers that work to add volume to areas that are hollowing. They say ‘why do you want to change your face as you age?’ And I say ‘Aging is already changing my face.
