Today is cookie day! I spent my morning developing recipes for cookies Basic Chocolate Chip Spiced Oatmeal Raisin Walnut Oatmeal Maple Pecan... I love creating in the kitchen and developing base recipes allows me to play even more from there. A lot goes into developing recipes, especially baking! There is a science to it so ratios have to bang on for good results. I prefer cookies soft & chewy, others prefer crispy cookies. How do you like your cookies?
