Elegant. Classic. Simple. These were the words floating in my mind as I pulled this look together for my birthday. I had a fashion identity crisis a couple of months ago. Which is terrible for a stylist . ... We had this epiphany (my close friend and me) that I was changing as a person hence the extreme changes in my looks at times. (Which if u know me is often what happens right before my bd... Birthday Existential identity/fashion crisis ) It was critical, I realized, to look at who I am and my image. i asked myself how I wanted people to see me and it was very clear. Elegant, simple classic. Fun. I looked through my wardrobe and removed pieces that did not fit. Moved and Pulled looks together. Then I slowly started to add. I feel happy with the result. I was reposted by my favourite place. I was asked if I’m a model. Someone at work said I look fresh like spring.
