Helena brings twenty years Steel Construction experience and more than ten years experience as Project Manager at Dowco Consultants Ltd (parent company of Dawn Construction) to the Dawn office team. Her expertise is project coordination, reviewing contract documents and drawings ensures all details are covered. Aside from her highly technical background, Helena has a passion for fine arts and has recently collaborated on exhibitions at Fort Gallery, the Open Studio program and has with several artists on a mural for the Walnut Grove Community Centre. In Dawn's office, her strategically placed bowl of chocolates keeps the Dawn team energized with design fuel and stress reduction!

Meet the Dawn crew! Our Site Supervisor Pat Okrane’s hands-on experience extends more than thirty years of building in BC. He is our go to person when it comes job site safety and construction knowledge. Customers appreciate Pat’s no-BS approach and regular detailed accounting of each projects progress. Pat is currently managing the now nearly complete City of Coquitlam (Poirier Sport and Leisure Complex) project, adding much needed team and referee change rooms. Pat and the entire team at Dawn Construction are proud to be teaming with the City of Coquitlam to enable youth sports.
