Clearly there are businesses out there that are not taking the Stage 2 reopening guidelines seriously, and those places give everyone in the industry a bad name. Here's a reminder of just a few things we're doing for you and our employees. Delaying services that tend to the face. No personal service setting business in Ontario has been approved to do facials, waxing of brows, lips, chin, eyelash services. Once we receive approval and proper guidance we’ll let you know. We will only start these up when it's deemed safe and we thank you for your patience. As always we are by appointment only no walk-ins ever All guests and spa professionals are screened before every visit and shift All our forms are online and can be submitted right from our website. All guests and spa professionals are required to wear a mask Hand sanitizer, gloves and a single use bag for your personal belongings are provided when you enter to minimize any contaminated items coming in contact with surfaces in our spa We are minimizing any cross traffic in the main reception area by staggering appointments We have always kept exceptional records of guest visits and now it is recommended by public health in case they need to contact trace We sanitize every chair and station in between each guest along with the guest washroom between uses We have increased our already superior sterilization and sanitization protocols which include high touch surfaces around the reception desk, door handles and light switches Choosing a place to have your services done These are just some things to keep in mind when you’re choosing a place to have your services done.
