Pink Shirt Day started in 2007 when 9th grade student Chuck was bullied for wearing a pink shirt on his first day of school in Berwick, Nova Scotia. Fellow students David and Travis took action and bought 50 pink shirts and distributed them around their school in solidarity with Chuck! Today is #pinkshirtday! ... NOTHING in this world makes my blood boil more than bullying so I wear pink today and everyday (figuratively) to show my absolute non tolerance for bullying and support for anyone who is bullied to say I’m here for you! #beabuddynotabully
