One of the first things we should recognise is that many of us are spending less time outside, and maybe more time then we’d like, camped out at home. With dire news sometimes in our faces 24/7, and nowhere to go for space or a break, it can feel overwhelming or like there’s little to look forward too. I for one, am recognizing weekly my need of some ME time AND a change of scenery. Sometimes a different desk or place to get my work done is all I need for some inspiration.
