Our General Manager, James Clouthier, was honored to accept the 2020 Award for Employee Engagement from Holloway Lodging, during the annual GM Conference in Calgary, AB. This is a particularly wonderful award to win, because it speaks volumes about our amazing employees. We have some of the very best people in the industry and they put a fantastic effort into making sure our hotel is offering the very best in hospitality for all of our treasured guests. Our employee satisfa...ction survey scores took a big 20% jump this year and are the among the very best in the company. A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to our incredible staff and their proud leader!
