To our Valued Patients and Families, We excited to say that Days Road Dental is getting ready to reopen very soon! Our first priority is to ensure that the re-opening is done safely to protect our patients, team members, and our communities.... We look forward to seeing you again soon. Please wait for a call from us to confirm an existing appointment or to schedule a new appointment if you are on our emergency follow-up list already. We are returning to work gradually, so not all services will be available immediately. Please help us maintain our strict guidelines by: If you feel at all unwell, have a fever, new or worsening cough, please call ahead to reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge to reschedule. Please wear your own mask to your appointment if you have one. If you do not, we will make one available, but we are trying to conserve PPE due to global shortages. Upon arrival, check in at the concierge tent. We will ask you screening questions and take your temperature. If you screen positive, your appointment will be postponed and you must contact KFL&A Public Health. You will be required to use hand sanitizer. A consent form must be signed before treatment can begin. Food and beverages are forbidden in the clinic. There will be limited access to the restrooms in the clinic. Companions are not allowed to accompany a patient unless absolutely necessary. Parents of young children and personal aides are the only exception and they too must be screened. You will be escorted to your treatment room and be asked to use a special mouth rinse. When treatment is complete, you will go directly to the reception area. If at all possible, contactless payment is preferred. Please refrain from placing personal belongings on the countertop. We look forward to introducing you to our new normal. There have been additional measures put in place to enhance our already very diligent measures.
