little job in a store front setting up some track lighting hanging from air craft cable and modifying some existing chandeliers to be brighter.

We do work for all types of people. This amazing old fella, needed something more practical for him. nearing his 80's He couldn't venture into his basement as the stairs were very steep, So he decided he wanted his front door lowered to ground level, a landing installed, with stairs going up and down, that were gradual and a stair tread that he could easily use. We were all for it! After all why would anyone have a house they can only see and use half of? Even with his age, he was determined to do some of the work himself. We like when the old timers want to get their hands dirty too!

Our customer requested a full basement reno, complete with storage area, built in entertainment area, kid toy, and dvd storage shelves, pocket door, gym area, bathroom, new cold storage door, and pot lights throughout. Sometimes customers want us to bring their project to a certain point for them to finish, or life throws a curve ball and the project has to be put on hold to be finished later. This basement was to be brought to mudding stage.

Our client wanted to update his kitchen lighting from the old florescent fixture with wood trim to some pot lights, then decided he wanted some in the living room, then the bedroom, and bathroom. Well we ended up doing that, dry-walled his bathroom, removed all the lathe and plaster, re-insulated and added a walk in closet to his bedroom. Often we get more requests after the customer gets to see how we take care of their first room.

Older houses, older building practices. Sometimes not as noticeable until you slip and push against some tile to have them push right into the wall. No worries! lets talk about freshening it up with a new look and make sure it doesn't happen again. This job was a simple remove and reinstall new tile and tub with fixture.
