Community Christmas Dinner 2018. The Community Christmas Dinner was a blast! Hanging out with wonderful people from our city - and some new to Canada - could not be compared. Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped with the setup & tear down, arranged the candy bags, cooked the meal, honoured and served our guests, purchased gifts, distributed gifts, and took pictures of the event. YOU ALL ARE AWESOME! THANK YOU to Donna Burt (Love Brampton), Pet Smart, Hopewell & Man...delez - your generosity is overwhelming. The one comment that stuck with me was from a new family to Canada from Saudi Arabia (1 week) who told Pastor Laurie This is like heaven. That’s the only way we can describe how we are feeling. We have never experienced kindness like this.
