We wanted to make this traditional, dark finish kitchen a little brighter and more open. We removed the sink wall and opened the kitchen towards the living room, added a new, bigger island in Ivory paint, a white porcelain farm sink , light quartz counter-tops and back-splash. We painted the hood in Ivory to match the island and changed the lights fixtures. The kitchen is now a transitional style with allot of character and we reached our goal for a brighter room and bigger space.
