Thanks for the amazing year guys! If 2013 goes even half as well I'll be ecstatic. :)
I still don't understand why other sound mixers say that they have a hard time with the TC of Epic/Scarlet/One cameras. You Jam a timecode sync box (Lockit, SB-3, whatever) and re-jam at lunch. Not terribly difficult as far as tasks go.

The Aaton Cantar has to be the most beautiful piece of equipment I have ever had the pleasure of seeing in person. I crave it so, no only for its aesthetics but also for its usability in extremely harsh climates. If they ever release a Cantar X-3 with more tracks and lighter frame I would put down a deposit immediately.
The guys over at Zaxcom are working their asses off pushing out new updates for the Nomad. It would be nice to have not had any issues after the 4.0 firmware release, but considering that they've released five firmware updates in under a week--even though their headquarters was hit by hurricane Sandy--I'm willing to meet them halfway. Thanks for the hard work guys. :)
