This was brought to my attention by two of our graduates. One of them, Sarah Roa, wrote: "GRAB A TISSUE BOX BEFORE WATCHING THIS. You will ugly cry alongside th...is profound, brave, insightful young woman. It made me uncomfortable, it made me think, it made me reflect on times I wish I spoke up, it made me ask myself how I can have my voice heard and to amplify the voices of people that are so often seen as threats or difficult. I promise you that this is worth 20 minutes of your time today. ESPECIALLY if you are a white creative. Please do it, see it through to the end even if it makes you uncomfortable. Pass it along to anyone and everyone, whether or not they are doing a good job in the arts. I wish I could give this woman a big hug and thank her for her words. I am so moved by this."
