Wonderful news for the citizens of North Stormont. Thankyou to Minister Yurek, Ministry of Environment and Parks, for this thoughtful decision, which finally listens to local people.

Have you ever wondered how profitable wind turbine energy is to the multinational companies that Ontario pays to build them? Using our taxpayer dollars of course! Mr. Polsky's Invenergy (referenced in this article) tried to add to his wealth, by proposing a wind project in Dutton Dunwich....while offering the community, that did not want the project, a mere pittance of the profits. If he's so keen on renewables, wonder why there isn't wind turbine powering this mansion? Or at least a solar panel, on the "solar-ready" roof? A complete failure of our government to protect it's citizens from noise and low frequency noise that makes so many people ill. Complaints continue to come in regarding supposedly "in compliance" wind turbine facilities. Government of Ontario, change wind turbine noise regulations to address the real elephant in the room - low frequency noise emissions from wind turbines that make many people sick!

Give communities back the decision-making they deserve, to decide what is best for their citizens. Stop wind turbines that are out of compliance with their renewable energy approvals, and are causing noise that makes life miserable for those living nearby. Thankyou Wind Concerns Ontario for continuing to help communities to fight back!
