I’ll just do it myself -- Larry King’s Story Larry King, who died in January 2021, was an iconic television host who recorded over 50,000 interviews over his long career. Larry King had a professionally drawn will, but for some reason he thoughthe would revise it on his own in 2019. He was in the midst of a separation from his wife of 22 years, Shawn Southwick King, and he wanted to cut her out of his will. He handwrote an amendment that said, This is my Last Will & Tes...tament. It should replaceall previous writings. In the event of my death, any day after the above date I want 100 per cent (written above illegible crossed-out words) of my funds to be divided equally among my children Andy, Chaia, Larry Jr., Chance & Cannon.Two problems havearisen from this will. First, he forgot to name an executor, and now Larry Jr. and Shawn are fighting out in court who should be in charge of the estate. Secondly, two of the children, Andy and Chaia, unfortunately died in 2020, and it’s not clear what is tohappen to their shares.
