Spent yesterday afternoon connecting with my Portuguese roots and playing with block printing. It felt really nice to carve out a block since I haven’t done it in a long while. And approaching it playfully, without an expected outcome, was so great! It turned out to be a twist on traditional Portuguese tiles, featuring sardines and shrimp. I feel like it’s fairly safe to say that we all love sewing clothing with @merchantandmills fabric. But I’ve really enjoyed using it in quilts as well.
