We've added organic all-purpose and bread flour to our delivery & pick up market. The organic all-purpose flour is stone milled in Quebec at Meunerie Milanaise farm, it is a sifted flour that has high extraction, with medium absorption creating a wetter dough at the same hydration levels of other flours. Bread doughs with this flour consistently feel less sticky, smoother and extensible The organic bread (strong baker) flour is milled in Saskatchewan at Ardent Mills. I...t is an unbleached organic flour produced by milling the top grades of organic hard red spring wheat.
