Here are some helpful suggestions for you to try when you are anxious.

It has been 2 months or more since we have been able to live our "normal" life. You may be experiencing all of these feelings and that is normal. Please take time for yourself, reach out to family and friends, connect with online meetings for fun - not just work. If you need help then please reach out to family, friends, doctor or a counsellor. I am still offering Telehealth counselling, if you need me, please contact me.

Most of us have very little control right now over much of our lives but we CAN control how we choose to respond to it. If you need to talk, please call me or your friends and family - don't struggle alone. I am offering telehealth sessions so just let me know if you would like to connect.
