This year was like no other in real estate, and even we are impressed with just how strong the market has continued to be despite a pandemic. #Cambridge saw a regional high 20.7% increase in average sale prices from December 2019. Days on market decreased to 17 with listings selling for 109.8% on average of their listing price. #Kitchener saw equally impressive gains in average... sales prices jumping 17.7% from 2019. Days on market declined to 16, with properties selling for an average of 107.9% of their listing price. #Waterloo for the first time this year saw a very marginal increase in average sale prices up just 0.1% in comparison to December 2019.
