Due to a scheduling conflict at the Legion in Napanee, we have added additional classes to the current course series insteading of starting a new course series.... On completion of the current series, there will be a two week break before the next new series will begin. You are welcome to drop in on anyone of the classes. Classes are Monday evenings on the dates listed below at the Legion in Napanee from 6 pm to 7:15 pm. Please watch our page for more details. We will be posting events for each class. Come on out and learn how to meditate and how you can make your own happiness!
