One of the greatest compliments I ever received as an Organizational Development Consultant: "You're not like the other consultants sent by the government, who told us what to do. You helped us to find the answers in ourselves!" ~ Chief. This First Nations community in Manitoba achieved every goal set out in the strategic plan we developed for education and community transformation, engaging everyone from child to elder in change. Their school’s fight song: Thunderstruck b...y AC/DC, and a theme that wove throughout their vision was: Thunder as Voice. One of the goals I loved most was that, given their success, they wanted to share their success story with other First Nations communities to help influence positive change, like: Rolling Thunder! https://youtu.be/v2AC41dglnM Deborah Foster-Stahle OfficeInc! Struggling to engage your work-from-home (WFH) team? Do you find that, instead of connecting online, more and more often your team is disconnecting (literally and figuratively)? Is performance and morale beginning to fall flat? Thank goodness for online meeting platforms... those have been critical to staying connected, as the workplace shifted from office to home for many over the last 8 months. Sometimes though, 2D virtual meeting platforms can be more like flatforms. I...f you don’t understand how to deliver an engaging meeting experience, it can be difficult to involve and excite, to collaborate and connect meaningfully. I’m the CorporateMuse! and can help you and your business succeed through these trying times. For decades, I’ve worked with leaders and their teams, designing, facilitating and implementing programs both in-person and online to increase engagement, shift organizational culture, and boost creativity and collaboration. My clients have ranged from small businesses to large multinationals, including SC Johnson, HealthPRO, GuestSupply, TrailCon Leasing, Georgian College, BNI, and others. Contact me to arrange an initial consultation and explore ways to transform your team’s experience: 249-888-9988 [email protected] [email protected]

Amy De Wolfe has created another beautiful logo for me... this time for my organizational development consulting firm: CorporateMuse! This new brand compliments the logo for my office suites & conference centre OfficeInc! Corp., utilizing the same corporate fonts (Montserrat text & Milasian script) and the green, but instead of charcoal grey for the second colour, employing a purple grey. The lotus icon at the heart of CORPORATE represents transformation, resilience, wisdom and growth. (2100716 Ontario Inc. o/a CorporateMuse!)
