When we started this project the fireplace had a row of small tile around it. It was nondescript! (Top right) Adding large tiles and a fir mantle gave it the presence it was screaming for. Although I have been pretty quiet on here the work is still happening. A little slower than it used to be due to back orders and such but we are getting there with this home. Still missing a few pieces such as lighting & end chairs but it’s coming along nicely. We refaced fireplace, added new doors and a brick feature wall with fir mantle and shelf. New paint and the penthouse is looking more like it should.
