We are waiting from Douglastown Sobeys on an idea that I had to help keep our customers safe during Covid. As some of you know, when we first started the business, we contacted all of the grocery stores in Miramichi. Sobeys did not offer pick up service as they werent equipped with the freezers and refrigerators needed to keep a customers order fresh. This is why we decided to utilize Atlantic Superstores. Then last month, Walmart began offering pick up service so we ex...panded to give our customers options. I have reached out to Douglastown Sobeys to see if our customers left their credit cards on file with the store, if I could personally do the shopping for the customer and the store can bill the credit card, without me even having to touch the credit card personally. The fee for me to physically walk into the store and pick up the groceries for a customer will be $20, over and above the usual delivery fee. Sobeys will reach out to me in the upcoming weeks and we will try to see what we can arrange. As always, I thank our customers for their patience and for choosing our service

I spoke with Yvette at the Newcastle store and confirmed that starting September 1st, all customers shopping in the stores in Miramichi WILL be required to wear a mask. The exemptions will be any customer with a medical condition that cannot wear a mask due to their health issues. Sorry for the delay in announcing our new personalized service. Starting September 1, 2020, anyone without internet access or who is unable to access Atlantic Superstore or Walmart online, can call us at Debs Grocery Service Delivery to place their order online for them. The fee for us to do this is $10, and you will need a credit card/visa debit card that you are comfortable leaving on file with the store of your choice.

Great news for our customers! Starting immediately, we are offering grocery delivery service from Miramichi Walmart, as well as Atlantic Superstore! Simply use this link, https://www.walmart.ca/en/online-grocery-shopping-pickup, and contact us either by phoning 210-1033, or by email to [email protected] to arrange delivery! We will need the code given at check out to pick up your groceries for delivery, as well as the time slot chosen. Please note that our website will be updated with this information in the coming week!

Do you have an elderly person in your life who is unfamiliar with placing a grocery order online? The wonderful people at Atlantic Superstore allows customers to call in their order, as long as they have created an online account and leave their credit card on file. And if they need their groceries delivered, tell them to call us at 210-1033 to arrange delivery time and fee. Our rates are $15/ flat within city limits and very reasonable for the surrounding areas ( only $0.85 per kilometre and to a maximum of $35 for the customer).

Just a quick helpful post to answer a couple of inquiries. We do not physically go into the grocery stores to shop for your groceries. Our customers must use the Atlantic Superstores online website to order and pay for their groceries. The customer must then call us DIRECTLY to schedule the delivery and arrange payment. I hope this clarifies the confusion

We are licensed in the province of New Brunswick, insured, and our customers have the option of payment via credit card, debit card ( at time of delivery or when booking the delivery appointment ), and email transfer. We are open to deliver your groceries six days a week and will be wearing disposable gloves and face masks to bring your groceries right to your door.

Our customers now have the option to pay for their delivery fee by credit card, debit card, and also email money transfer

Our pricing for delivery is: $15/flat rate within city limits Outlying areas: We will use Google Maps to determine the distance from the grocery store to the customers address, and charge $0.85/per kilometre or $35, whichever is cheaper for the customer. ... Hi everyone! We are excited about all the progress we have made in such a short amount of time! There are a few details left to be worked out, such as getting our website created and ready to go live, working with an amazing lady at 95.9 Sun FM to get our radio ads ready to start, and fingers crossed that a deal can happen with a wonderful saleswoman at a local dealership to get the delivery van on the road! I have finally decided to take a gamble on myself and try a start up business! Its something Ive thought about over the years but fear always talked me out o...f it! Im proud to say that Debs Grocery Delivery Service should be up and running in the next few weeks! Anyone who lives in Miramichi knows that a grocery delivery service is a must have, especially for the citizens that live in the outlying areas where public transportation is non existent. A lot of those citizens are seniors who are living on a fixed income and we plan to price our delivery rates so that this is a service they can utilize. Wish us luck! See more

Hi everyone! We hope to be up and running very soon, preferably by the end of the month. Right now, we are looking to deliver to the outlying areas of Miramichi that are not considered within city limits, such as Sunny Corner, Napan, St. Margarets, etc. We havent yet decided exactly what the cut off boundary will be. We are also trying to decide on delivery rates, but it wont be higher than $35. Within city limits, delivery will be available for a minimum delivery fee but we havent decided what that rate will be either. Please keep checking back on my page for updates. Thank you!
