Made a birthday cake last night/this morning, with an edible snowmobile on it. Everything from scratch with exception of the kitkats and twizlers First time making a snowmobile out of cake and kitkats. Lol. Thanks to Ryan for finding the machine to copy, and Dana for helping with icing.

Lemon meringue pies for my, Ryan, Brenna & Kyra’s annual Thanksgiving supper with Dana & Kevin Boyd and kids.

The pie crusts are a bit thicker than I’d normally make them, but oh my goodness gluten free pastry is NOT easy to work with, I hope Brenna likes them. I have 11 pies to make this weekend, pastry and fillings are all done from scratch.
