Coaches have coaches too- mentors! I have had the privilege of some amazing mentors in my time as an athlete, on stage and as a strength athlete! Today I’m showcasing my stage and nutrition coach @helenbouchardifbbpro She and Daphne are an incredible team and have kept this old gal competitive !! I’m excited to announce that I get to compete at the same pro show in June with Helen - although different classes as she comes out of retirement to go back to the pro bodybuilding stage. A 2 time Miss Olympia competitor I am honoured to be under her wing and to see her back on stage ! @highdeffitness

Day 5 of 25 Thanks for the nomination Davis Sheldon ... 25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to hopefully raise awareness for PTSD ( Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to take their own lives. The rules are Simple: Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day. Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you drop to your knees to get 25. Everyday you must nominate a different person. Let's reach as many people as possible. Challenge will include multi dimensional training ( DTP, tut, strength athletics, Olympic, power, EPOC , German progressive , tabata etc), individualized nutrition plans , supplement guidance, weekly checkins and guidance, weights, yoga, cardio, Zumba, Pilates, home workouts and much more !! 2 groups- beginner to intermediate - intermediate to advanced Training group sessions Wednesday’s and Sunday’s with weekly educational segments to build your knowledge base in mental, emotional and physical health !! Covid regulations in place ! NEW : Every second Tuesday at 7 pm we will tackle important information and learning on healthy mind food connection, healthy motivation, healthy habit building, healthy routines , healthy self talk and creating power against sugar addiction, binge eating and stress eating !! We will offer vauable information on immune support during these tenuous times ! A photoshoot to finish off our challenge with hair and makeup !!
