Here's an elegant men's medium sized sock. This pair is made on my 72 cylinder, so it'll be a little bigger around. They have a 1x1 ribbed cuff, and 1x3 ribbed leg and foot. Here's one of the last 60 cylinder (think: casting on 60 stitches) socks you'll see for a while. I ordered and received a 72 needle cylinder and a 36 needle ribber. I'll be trying to find how to do a nice tight selvedge. They tend to ruffle a bit, like stretch out some. I've done it for the 60 but it ends up with a scalloped edge, which apparently is not everyone's cup of tea. I was having some problems getting photos off my tablet, is why this gratitude post is soooo late. My participation at the Navan "Roots and Boots" market was a fabulous experience. My demo of our antique circular sock knitting machine went beautifully. Lots of people stopped to watch and ask questions. We even sold some socks! Should we do this again next month? I will have more than 25 pairs of socks to choose from at the "Roots and Boots" market in Navan at the fairgrounds on Sunday, 10am to 3pm.
