What is your favorite design element in this space?

Balance is critical to any design. In this space, a brightly colored area rug anchors the sitting area. Center stage is the unique low coffee table. The contemporary wall clock is a focal point, setting off the fireplace.

Room of the Week: This modern farmhouse style kitchen blends the couples’ request for clean aesthetics with a mix of farmhouse and some contemporary elements. Porcelain taupe-grey tiles that mimic the look, feel and texture of wood were installed to add warmth and for the foundation of the newly designed space. Snowy white custom cabinets and a white backsplash with hints of grey provide a clean look. Quartz countertops in subtle grey and white and an eye-catching cluster of pendants over the island complete the look in this kitchen.
