As I reflect on this past year as a business owner I can’t help but think of all of the emotions tied to it, excitement, worried, anxious, saddened, scared, hopeful, grateful but most of all PROUD! Proud of how our community, friends and team have come together to overcome the challenges that we have been dealt. We have experienced many changes this year at Deep Rooted Massage. We opened our new Sydenham location, said goodbye to a couple wonderful therapists, had many alter...ations to our policies/ business protocols and gained a few new incredible therapists to our team. But throughout all of these challenges and changes, our primary goal of helping our clients feel their best selves has been even more meaningful this year than ever.
