First off, we'd like to take this time to thank all of our customers for their incredible support during these challenging times. You have all been amazingly patient and kind as we navigate a change in business processes and we sincerely appreciate it! As many of you are aware, the current COVID-19 crisis has impacted two major meat processing plants in Alberta. The closure of one plant, and reduced production at another plant, has drastically affected the number of inquirie...s, meat orders, and cattle bookings at our facility. Although we process from live animal to finished product, we are a small meat plant that has a set amount of capacity. We are doing our best to respond to the increased demand, but also maintain our own health and safety measures at a critical time. With this in mind... Effective April 24, 2020: Due to the high volume of calls we have been receiving, we are unable to take advance orders until further notice. This includes basic beef cuts, ground beef and pork, freezer packages, and sides and quarters of beef. If you would like to call our shop at 403-527-2221 we would be happy to add your name to our waiting list and call you once inventory levels normalize. Rest assured that our team is working as quickly and as safely as possible to get products out the door to our customers.
