Illegal firearms, undemocratic political decisions, and the moral minority all have one thing in common. A belief that law abiding citizens and their legal possession of "assault style", and for that matter, any firearm are what's wrong in Canada. Politicians pandering for votes from small special interest groups actually think this will make a difference, even when their own police departments are telling them they are being stupid. Statistics have been produced to prove thi...s will do nothing to prevent gun-related crimes. You outlaw guns and only the outlaws will have them. Yet, these moral minorities ignore stats that show countries with bans have an increase in crime. Never mind the fact that criminals can get an illegal gun in less than a day, sometimes as quick as 30 minutes. Get enlightened. Understand we are not the problem, ignorance is. See more
