The blow dryers have silenced, and the sound of laughter is gone from the building again. The lights have gone dark, and everyone has gone home. Switching the open sign to off, It is difficult not to cry thinking about the next time It will be switched back on. Each time we shut down, we shut down a little inside. But we try not to break down because we refuse to let the things out of our control, take us over. Defianze is our happy place, not just a business. Defian...ze is our family, our friends, and our new friends. It is a place of love, happiness, listening and understanding. It is place where people grow, and will always be a very important part of our lives In times like this, what keeps us strong are the moments when the love of a family and a culture are witnessed, or acknowledged. Thank you all for your kind words, the sympathy, the thanks, the well wishes and positive thoughts. These are the moments and words that keep people like us strong, no matter the difficulty. It is the very fuel that drives our resilience in the face of adversity. Thank you to each and every one of you for every time you've helped us through all of this, in all of the many ways you have. It means so much to us. Thank you to our staff for being amazing, dedicated and making everyone feel loved. You guys truly know how to get through the roughest moments as a team, and pick each other up. So, until the open sign lights up bright again, and the blow dryers are no longer silent, we say thank you, and see you soon. Take care of yourselves, keep safe. Pass on your positive thoughts, your thanks, well wishes, and sympathy to all you see who need them. They can strengthen a few broken strands here or there, and make a difference in the very lengths people will be able to overcome things

Just a reminder that our tanning services will cease effective November 1st! We kindly ask that if you book a tanning session from now until October 31st and you don’t plan on showing up, that you please call 905-545-5005 to cancel (or cancel on the portal if you have booked online). We have had a number of people booking appointments and not showing up, causing peak times to be unavailable for people who are trying to get in to use up their minutes.
