MINDSET IS EVERYTHING! Mindset is so important with achieving your fitness goals. Make sure to set yourself up for success with the right attitude and mindset. For example when we are constantly reminding ourselves not to eat junk food. what happens...? We eat junk food. Now if we change our mindset from "Don't eat crap" to "I am going to lose 10 pounds and no one will stop me" this will set you up for a win.... What you need to do is take your goal. WRITE IT DOWN and put it on your fridge and on your phone so its always in your face. It has to be something you want and know you will have in order for it to actually happen. When we want Starbucks its so easy to say no to Tim Horton's because we know WHAT WE WANT. SO when your mindset changes from don't eat bad food to "I am going to lose this weight" the eating better will come with it. When you want something bad enough you know you'll get it. That's all it takes. How bad do you want it? FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE! Not whats going to slow you
--Make sure have have healthy snacks planned and with you through out your day to avoid eating junk food on the go. If you already have something yummy and healthy to eat there is way less of a chance you'll eat something that will set you back--
