How my every Wednesday this summer looked like. We explored. Fished. Caught frogs. Went on random hikes. Ate ice cream. Bought pet fish. Swam. Laughed. Cried. Made a ton of mess. I feel so grateful I was able to have my kids and niece and nephew each week. My morning juice routine has honestly made such a difference in my life. I used to hit the floor and start drinking coffee. But adding this in first thing in the morning has made a big difference. Some of the things I have noticed are my complexion is Better. Brighter. I have more energy. My digestion system and bloating has improved. These are just a few things that have changed for me. But not only that I just really enjoy it every morning. Almost as much as my cup of coff...ee Recipe: 2 stalks celery 1 lemon 1-2 tbsp of fresh ginger 1 tsp turmeric and black pepper This is my base recipe then from here I add different things on different days. I also love. Cucumber. Apple cider vinegar. Spinach. Kale. Apple. The list is endless! Do you juice? If so what are your go to recipes. I’d love to try them!
