Hello all my lovely ladies, I am so excited to be able to make your nails pretty again! As much as I would love to be able to open up next week, it seems my re-opening will be slightly delayed. Worksafe BC is laying out the guidelines for all personal services. Under these guidelines, one of the new requirements is for both myself and my clients to wear protective equipment. Where distance cannot be maintained, consider separating people with partitions or plexiglass b...arriers. Where other measures are not sufficient, consider the use of masks or gloves, understanding that these have limitations As masks and gloves have become increasingly hard to get a hold of, my shipments won’t be arriving until end of May. It’s also an added cost. So each mask will probably cost $1.50. I realize that many of you are anxiously awaiting to get your beautiful nails back, so please don’t feel any pressure, I will completely understand if you would like to go somewhere that can offer them sooner but as soon as I can safely work on your hands we will be booking appointments! I’m hoping June 3 will be the first day back at it and your welcome to book an appointment with me starting June 3! If that needs to change we will know soon enough. I also want to put your minds at ease with some new sanitization methods I will be putting in place, on top of my normal methods. I will be asking that everyone put their mask on at the door and then wash their hands in the kitchen as soon as they come for their appointment and then cell phones stay in the purse once hands are washed. I will also be staggering the appointments longer to allow time in between each client for longer time for me to clean and sanitize my desk, chair, bathroom and door handle disinfecting.
