Super dip square-off: Which would you rather make to plus up your #PizzaNight? Chipotle Cheddar Denver Dip or Creamy Carolinian Blue Cheese? Both recipes below btw Chipotle Cheddar Denver Dip: Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 5 minutes... Serves: 6 1 cup chicken stock Juice from half a lemon 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1-2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, cubed 1 cup monterey jack cheese, cubed Place all ingredients (except ground black pepper) in a food processor in the order listed. Blend the mixture on high until the dip is creamy (approximately 3 minutes). Transfer the dip to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for one minute. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh ground black pepper and introduce the dip to the luckiest crusts ever! Creamy Carolinian Blue Cheese: Prep time: 5 minutes Serves: 6 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese, at room temperature 1 cup 2% Greek yogurt 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese 3 tablespoons chopped chives 1 teaspoon ground black pepper Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, blue cheese, chives and pepper in a bowl with a hand mixer. Blend until whipped and well combined then transfer to a serving bowl and top with additional chives and freshly cracked pepper. Then go for a well deserved dip!
