Music has always been a big part of my creative process. And with Demon Plague it was no different. I even created a soundtrack for it. the first song on that soundtrack being Metallica's One, which embodied the loneliness and rage that the main character of the story is feeling at the beginning of the tale. So, I made this video, so everybody else could see and hear what I do while writing it. Many things have inspired the story and art of Demon Plague, and music, and in particular metal music, is definitely high up on that list. There are some exceptions here and there, but ultimately metal is the music of our Hell, and I've collected a selection of songs that specifically inspired sections of our tale. So, I am reviving our Metal Monday and sharing each song that inspired the first saga of the story.
