Take time to be in the moment and you will see what it's like to be without stress or worry
Which side are you on?
The latissimus dorsi connects the upper body to the lower body, one of the few muscles that does that. Thus a person with shoulder pain could have lower back pa...in as well due to a dysfunctional lat. With so many people hunched over computers and phones the stress on the lat has increased to keep the shoulder blade down and maintain stability in the lower back. NKT often finds the lat neurologically underactive in relationship to the upper trap, thoracolumbar fascia, etc. However, sometimes the lat is overactive and prevents the deltoid from doing its job to flex the humerus. In this case we release the lat and activate the anterior deltoid. Just by doing that flexion of the humerus, aka raising the arm up overhead, may increase dramatically. See more
