Ladies... it’s been a while. Hope all is good and fit with you. I am leading an informal easy pace bike ride to the Keswick Kitchen Saturday Sept 20th leaving from the Royal Road Pool parking lot at 9am. It’s about 14k there another 14k back. It will be on city trails and NB trails until we almost get there. A small bit on the road is required but not much. We’ll grab a treat, rest a bit and return. ... The bakery is cash only... Hope you are staying active even though the weather is changing!! Here is a workout garanteed to work the full body. 10 exercises - Start with the first one for 15 sec, rest 10, do it again for 30 sec, rest 10, again for 45 sec, rest 10, again 30 sec, rest 10 and finally for 15 and rest 60 Move to the next exercise... Remember to do a quick warm up 5 min... SO 15/10, 30/10, 45/10, 30/10, 15/10 READY? 1 - BURPEES, YES Get them out of the way first 2 - SHOULDER PRESS, use soup cans if you don't have weights 3 - JUMPING JACKS (or HIGH KNEES) 4 - SQUATS (narrow, wide, jump, sumo...) 5 - BICYCLES crunches (or FROG crunches) 6 - MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS (OR PLANK JACK) 7 - FRONT RAISE / LATTERAL RAISE (alternate) (soup cans!) 8 - SHUFFLE 3 or 4 one side, touch floor, repleat the other direction 9 - SIDE LUNGES 10 - PLANK REMEMBER TO COOL DOWN AND STRETCH ENJOY... and I'm sorry for the pain you'll feel tomorrow!!
