And before you rush out and buy one, consider this top ten list of actions that Nestle has been accused of over the decades: 1. Child slavery (Mali, Ivory Coast) 2. Discouraging breastfeeding (less developed countries around the world) 3. Union busting (Colombia) 4. Blocking access to potable water (Canada, US)... 5. Greenwashing bottled water (Canada, US) 6. Price fixing (Canada) 7. Forcing debt repayment in the middle of a famine (Ethiopia) 8. Banning non-Russian speaking employees (Ukraine) 9. Forced labour (Thailand) 10. Deforestation (Ivory Coast, Ghana) . And oh yeah, how about the endangered orangutans threatened by Nestle’s use of palm oil? The list goes on. . The KitKat V bar, may be vegan, but does Nestle have blood on their hands? You decide.
