The weather has changed to cooler temperatures and that can only mean one thing: it’s time to toss your toothbrush! It’s recommended to change out your toothbrush every 3 months or after you’ve been ill.

Many kids chew on their fingernails or pencils while lost in thought or trying to solve that tough algebra problem! These bad habits can wreak havoc on braces, loosening or breaking brackets! We suggest getting a stress ball, putty or a fidget spinner for them to have while they focus.
