We're looking to add an experienced Treatment Coordinator to our team at Dentistry@Richmond! In this position, the responsibilities would include but would not be limited to: Professionally and effectively explain treatment options and outcomes to patients based on the dentist's recommendations. Ensuring that the treatment plan is being properly accounted for and sending estimates to insurance if applicable. Also booking appointments and following up with patients post-op.
