Keeping you safe when you come back to visit our office

Dear Patients and Families, We are following closely with Ontario health authorities and We will be soon open our office by appointment only. Our first priority is contacting everyone that had an Emergency situation or cancelled appointments over the closure and we welcome you to contact us if you are in need of any services. This is a very busy time, so if we are unable to answer your call please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. At Dentis...try on 7, our team and our patient’s safety above all else. We take pride in meeting and even exceeding the infection control protocols of Ontario Health Authorities, and are now taking extraordinary steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Changes you will notice. 1) Before your arrival, someone will call you and ask few questions to ensure that it is safe for you to be seen by our office. 2) When you arrive, you will be greeted by a staff member as you enter and be provided with a surgical mask and a hand sanitizer. 3) You may have your temperature taken with a non-contact infrared thermometer and be asked some COVID -19 screening questions to see if there are any changes since your phone call. 4) We have installed Plexiglass barriers at our front desk and expect the 2-meter social distancing to be in place as much as possible. All of our team will be in surgical scrubs and will be wearing mask and gloves. Dentist and Dental Professionals will be in extra protection Equipment including Face shields, goggles, gowns and head covers. 5) To assist with social distancing and reduce the number of people in the office at one time, patients will not be permitted to bring any additional persons to their appointment with them. This means minors are not permitted to accompany an adult patient unless the minor also has an appointment the same day. We will strive to minimize the risk of transmission in any way possible and as such we appreciate your understanding and patience with the measures we are implementing during this time. We hope everyone stays safe and healthy. From all of us at Dentistry on 7
