This case took almost 3 months to complete keeping focus on occlusion which was the key. A diagnostic wax up was done prior to starting the case helping the client understand and see the end result. ... First stage was 4 emax crowns and an a 3 unit bridge replacing missing mandibular 36. Bite was opened up. Following a 6 week wait which included temporisation of the maxillary arch , crown lengthening was performed on the maxillary anterior teeth after which crowns were placed on the whole arch. Client awaits lower anterior veneers in his next visit for esthetics. @ Dentistry on Queen
